Tilapia Fillets with Marsala Wine and Butter Sauce.
Ingredients: 1 cup of Marsala wine, flour as needed, 6 tbsp. of real butter. Salt and black pepper to taste, juice of one lemon, 1 tsp. finely chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. of softened butter. 4 Tilapia fish fillets.
Make a butter flavored sauce by mixing the lemon juice, the chopped parsley and 2 spoons of softened butter. Mix the flour with salt and black pepper to taste and dust both sides of the fish. Melt the 6 tbsp. of butter in a hot pan and sauté the fish fillets until one side of the fillets is golden brown. When the first side of the Tilapia fillets is golden brown add the Marsala wine. Turn the fish over and continue to cook the other side until it is golden brown. Serve warm covered with the butter sauce you made before.
